From city centre courtyard gardens, suburban family gardens to country estates, we carry out all aspects of residential and commercial landscape design and construction.
Our designs fees start from around £500 and most of the gardens that we build are projects with budgets over £10,000. We are also happy to carry out smaller projects and individual items of work such as patios and driveways when our schedule allows.

WHAT SHOULD YOU SPEND ON YOUR GARDEN?
Opinions vary, but as a guideline, it is recommended that 5-7% of the value of a property is spent on landscaping a garden. "Spending 5 percent of the total value of your home on landscaping, and doing it wisely, you can add 15 percent or more to the value of your home". (Smart Money magazine March 2003).

A very small garden which was terraced with a natural stone wall, a new natural stone patio, lighting, plants and a new lawn

A larger sloping garden provided with a full drainage system and terraces in natural stone and contemporary style, with oak railway sleepers, a pond with lighting and filtration, new lawns paths and patios with steps

HOW WE WORK
Your garden design will take place in simple, easy stages :
1. Initial meeting This lasts about an hour and includes a design fee quotation. During this meeting we will discuss your ideas and thoughts about your garden. This consultation is free within the Glasgow area and costs £100 outwith Glasgow. For consultations further afield please phone to discuss with me.
2. Initial Proposal We will take your ideas and combine them with ours to produce an initial schematic drawing. We will bring this to you coloured, to scale and in three dimensions to help you easily imagine what is will look like. Further alterations and refinements then take place as necessary until we have a design that you are delighted with.
3. Plan The next stage is to produce a base plan at 1:50 scale, construction details if necessary and an itemised specification document detailing every apsect of the work. We will also give you a quotation for the construction work at this stage.
4. The final price is agreed and a construction date is arranged.
