Jordanhill Crescent

For this traditionally styled modern CALA house in Jordanhill we will be creating a multi roomed space with a raisedlawn, a stepped up natural stone patio, a natural stone wall, and raised beds containing lush planting. The planting in a year or 2 will disguise the somewhat imposng timber retaining wall behind.

We have used the natural slope of the garden to create spaces at different levels to provide visual interest as well as a choice of places to sit.

The spirals, expertly cut out and constructed by Damian, help to both add break up the expanse of patio and create a sense of dynamic movement. Here you can see how the rain brings the colour out in the paving. When it dries it changes to a pale buff colour.
