We have used the natural slope of the garden to create spaces at different levels to provide visual interest as well as a choice of places to sit.

The spirals, expertly cut out and constructed by Damian, help to both add break up the expanse of patio and create a sense of dynamic movement. Here you can see how the rain brings the colour out in the paving. When it dries it changes to a pale buff colour.
